The Alexander Doll Company is the U.S. distributor of world famous German doll designer and sculptor Sonja Hartmann's l8" Kidz 'n' Cats collectible fashion dolls.
Sonja Hartmann has been designing and sculpting dolls since l981 when she developed her first doll for her newborn daughter Gesa.
She has started with l2 vinyl dolls. They include 9 girls and 3 boy dolls. These dolls have 9 bendable joints: elbows, hips, knees, neck and shoulders. All dolls are l8" tall. The dolls are dressed in today's fashion look. Outfits were added to fit any one of the dolls.
Dolls were age rated by Madam Alexander for older girls (l4 and over) and collectors.
